PR & Marketing Executive

This is a full-time, on-site position in Beirut within Nada Debs' design studio, responsible for the studio's public relations, press, website and photo library. You will collaborate with the design, sales and communication teams.

The Opportunity

The role suits someone organised and articulate, with a good eye and a genuine interest in design, who can represent the studio to the press and keep its public-facing material accurate, current and in order. You will work alongside the content creator, who leads photography and social media production.

Roles & Responsibilities

The role covers public relations, the website, the photo and media library, and content support. Key responsibilities:

• Receive and respond to all PR and press requests: interviews, features, image requests, awards and event invitations
• Keep a log of every PR request, its status, deadline and outcome, and follow up until closed
• Prepare and send press kits, image selections, credits and captions to journalists and publications
• Maintain the press contact list and track all published coverage
• Keep the website up to date: news, press, projects, collections, product images and events, coordinating with the design and sales teams so new pieces are published as they launch
• Organise and maintain the brand photo library so it is sorted, named, tagged, credited and searchable, and archive all shoots as they are produced
• Provide images to the team, press and partners on request
• Support the content creator with imagery, captions, credits and press material, and ensure coverage, launches and events are reflected across social media, the newsletter and the website

What We Are Seeking

Someone with one to three years' professional experience in PR, marketing or communications, ideally within design, architecture or a creative brand. You write clearly and professionally in English, you are highly organised so that every request is tracked to closure, and you have a good eye for image selection and attention to detail in credits, captions and naming. Familiarity with website content management systems and basic photo editing is required. Existing relationships with regional design and lifestyle press are a strong plus.
