Brown MarquetryMania Bucket
Designed by Nada Debs, the Brown MarquetryMania Bucket is a handcrafted serving piece. It is made in French oak and marquetry strips using marquetry inlay. It measures W34 x D17 x H17 cm. This is the Brown version, one of 2 colors available.
The MarquetryMania Bucket applies the intricate language of marquetry to a surprising and functional form. Dyed wood strips, stacked and sliced into geometric patterns, are meticulously laid across the bucket’s curved surface, a deliberate departure from marquetry’s traditional flat application. This innovation challenges the craftsmen’s precision while celebrating Nada Debs’ approach to transforming heritage into something playful and unexpected. Available in multiple colors, the bucket blends utility with design.
