You & I Collection

Striking a balance between the old and the new, and bridging cultures through design and traditional carpet weaving, the muted visuals of the Too Square For Me Carpet is a depiction of artistic creativity. Two visually distinct pieces come together in a tactile sensory fashion by way of alternating thickness of weave and colour. The flowery pattern is a nod to natural landscapes. Taking inspiration from the words of Jalal al-Din Rumi, “apparently two; but one in soul” the You & I Collection is a collaboration with the Fatima Bint Mohammed Initiative (FBMI) that echoes the core.
